"I’ve been going to this location for months. Ivana is the best stylist there (I’ve tried many) and she’s the sole reason I am a loyal customer. Yesterday, I learned that she was forced to quit because her manager won’t accomodate a modified schedule. This is unacceptable. Please make it right or I will be forced to go somewhere else."

"Went in tonight. My usual stylist wasn’t there, and man do I regret staying. I just spent 20mins with clippers trying to clean up a cut that I just got there. Terrible work, so much hair on my neck, around my ears, fade is uneven. The top is 3 separate lengths. That’s the 2nd stylist to butcher my hair there, but by far the worst so far. Then I realized I paid more this time than last. I only got a cut. Just terrible customer care. If the girls aren’t ready to cut hair, don’t have them cut hair. So disgusted. I’d give it a zero if I could."

"The worst! After signing up on line, still had to wait over 20 minutes. Complained and accepted the "next available", only to discover that Kim the stylist and Sports Clips had no record of my style (not my first visit). While I was there, 2 other people walked out from frustration about the waiting and 2 others complained about their cuts. Do not recommend at all."

"Sandra is RUDE and unprofessional. She deleted my name in front of me and took the other guy waiting behind me. She then said that she called my name several times and just thought I was waiting for someone. I AM NOT DEAF and she never called my name. She kept calling BRIAN who had left 30 minutes before. Kim was apologetic while Sandra never once apologized which would have diffused the entire situation. The haircuts are always "meh" quality, but I thought I had found a good place to get a haircut but Sandra has ruined it."

"Jessica rocks, but she wasn't there and I got Johnny. Worst haircut in my life. Uneven. I came home to fix around the back of my head. Guy shouldn't be trusted with scissors. I am going to the one near Springfield Mall, they are much nicer and better over at that location. Done with Route 1."

"Stylists allowed other patrons to jump people waiting in queue (these were other walk ins not people checked on online). Clearly poor management that reflected in the staff’s handling of their day to day business)."

"When I first stared going here I loved it. Staff was professional and cut my hair like I asked (very simple cut). Over the last few months the new hires have not held up to the same standards and I needed to almost argue with them to get the cut I'm looking for. Unfortunately I will have to take my business elsewhere."

"Just got my worst hair cut in a while :( having lived in that area for around a year - that was my go to.. until the last 3-4 months... a lot turn over.. no real consistency in barbers/skill sets Today, I took a chance on a new person... it was the nightmare bad fade that kept getting worse and higher on my head with every failed attempt to correct it 😩... hard to get mad at her... have to look at management .. what’s the credentials to cut there? And why so much turnover? People want a stylist they can stick with .. probably won’t be back again unfortunately"
