I have gone to Sports Clips Alexandria for the past six months and have been fortunate to have Hiyeme as my stylist. She gives a great haircut and offers helpful styling advice as well. She is friendly and remembers me from month to month, inquiring about my family and I asking about hers. She lets me relax and tells me that she considers it a compliment if I nod off. She could tutor the MVP program. I commend her to your prospective customers. I never have to wait very long, and the facility never seems congested.

Consulted web and sign on door, but door was locked 1/19/19 @9:50 am. Is Hybla Valley closed?

I hate to leave a bad review but have to do so after my terrible experience on Sunday, October 21. Sandra deleted my name from the screen in front of me and took the guy behind me. When I pointed out that my name was deleted she insisted she called my name. SHE DID NOT! She never once apologized. Kim took me even though she could have left and apologized several times. Meanwhile Sandra kept talking about when they were closing. Sandra needs customer service training. She's ruined this place for me and I won't be back for a while if ever.
